Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Support Team through our Returns Portal for approval. Any items sent back without prior authorization unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@blankpickleball.com.
